1.0 COMMERCIAL OFFER :

1.1      The quoted rate is based on minimum 10 hours per day, 6 days (60 Hours) per week (Saturday through Thursday) and 26 Days (260 Hours) per month.

1.2      Excess hours working pro rata basis.

1.3      Duration of hire: To be specified.

1.4      Rigging/De-rigging time chargeable at working rate.

1.5      In case of overnight load the full period will be considered as working hours.

2.0 TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 2.1      Rental commences from the time equipment arrives at site and ceases upon departure from site.

2.2      Our above offer is subject to availability to manpower and equipment, until placement of a firm order by the client and confirmation of acceptance by us.

2.3      Claims of either direct or indirect and consequential loss or damage of the cargoes, properties arising from whatever cause will not be entertained by Gulf Sky Cranes & Cont. Co Ltd

2.4      In the event of inclement whether condition like high wind speed, sandstorms, rain or any other force majeure, disabling our equipment from working, such period is to be considered as normal working time of the equipment.  Delay of our equipment beyond the control of Gulf Sky Cranes & Cont. Co Ltd . will be charged as per the above rate

2.5      We will repair mechanical breakdown; rental will not be charged during breakdown period.  Claims for direct, indirect or consequential losses due to such occurrences will not be made against us.  But Mechanical Breakdowns due to misuse of the equipment will be charged to your account 

2.6      Quotation validity: One month only from date of offer, after which time it will be subject to review.

2.7      Payment Terms: To be specified.

3.0 CLIENT ACCOUNT:

3.1     Insurance of the cargo to be erected/installed will be arranged by client, and is to client's account.  We shall be included as a co-insured and all our risks and liabilities shall be covered with an express and unconditional waiver of subrogation to us and/or subcontractors.

3.2    Client shall be responsible for providing free access, hard, level standing foundation for safe operations of the crane.  This Term is applicable for Cranes only.

3.3   Client shall provide food, Accommodation and Transportation.  Or if Client wants to avoid this from their account, we charge a nominal price for these services.
